The goal is to convert the existing crane vehicle into a flexible work vehicle for catenary maintenance. This will involve removing the existing Palfinger crane and replacing it with a three-section PA 1002 aerial work platform, a PFD 99 contact wire pusher, and an accessible roof platform on top of the crew container.
